As a literal divine ruler, when Lucien raises his voice, it tends to magically cut through crowd noises and demand people's attention. It isn't strong enough to be a compulsion to pay attention (by all means opt out), but will draw notice in most situations. Additionally, when he is viewed with any kind of magical sight or aura reading, Lucien radiates a big obvious bright gold energy at all times.
DO NOT:
No finger trauma, no bathroom stuff, hit me up about any kind of sexual content. Also deeply phobic of roaches -- I shuddered as I typed that -- and dismayed at how surprisingly common they are.
